Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

How long will we keep your personal data?

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to fulfill their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes to it.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to the user’s needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its control, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently with respect to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with adequate information so they can exercise them.
